Welcome to Cinn-T-Saile! A luxurious, well-appointed, self-catering holiday home nestled in the tranquil hamlet of Letters above the stunning shores of Loch Broom, near Ullapool, in the North West Highlands of Scotland.
Our family owned cottage has been renovated to an exceptionally high standard and can accommodate up to 4 people in sumptuous surroundings with all the comforts you need to relax, unwind and enjoy a truly memorable holiday or short break.
With a focus on quality and attention to detail throughout our prices include all electricity, fuel, linen and towels for your stay so all you have to do is relax and enjoy yourself. We also provide a tasty Welcome Pack for your arrival with specially selected local produce for you to sample and enjoy.

Sit back and relax by the wood burning stove in the lounge and enjoy this stunning vista through the large picture window or step onto the bespoke decking area outside and marvel at the peace, quiet and stunning location. By night gaze in wonder at the vast expanse of stars with no light pollution to spoil your enjoyment.

If you prefer something rather more energetic then you will be spoilt for choice with a huge range of activities available in Ullapool and the surrounding area to suit everyone in your party. These include walking, hill walking, cycling, fishing, swimming, golf, bird/ wildlife watching, picnicing, canoeing, boat trips, beach combing, paddling and eating out.

THE AREA

The picturesque fishing village of Ullapool is a pleasant 10 mile drive from the cottage where you will find a wide range of services and amenities to help you enjoy your stay. These include a well stocked supermarket, deli, smokehouse, bookshop, hardware store, petrol/diesel, a selection of restaurants & pubs selling tasty local produce, theatre, leisure centre/swimming pool, art centre/gallery, village hall, golf course, tourist info, outdoor shop, chemist/pharmacy, pottery, banks, fish & chips, ice cream and a range of independent gift shops where you will find that special memento to remind you of your visit or gift to take home to family and friends.
The ferry terminal in Ullapool provides a gateway to the Outer Hebrides with Caledonian MacBrayne operating a regular daily service for passengers & vehicles between Ullapool & Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis.

Ullapool Harbour provides the starting point for a number of boat trips and pleasure cruises out on Loch Broom and around the Summer Isles.
The area also hosts a number of festivals and events including: Ullapool Book Festival, Dance Festival, Guitar Festival, Beer Festival, Tall Ships Festival, Pier Day and Ullapool Skiff Regatta. Our local Lochbroom Sheepdog Trials are held every year at Clachan just a few minutes from the cottage.

For Hill Walkers and Climbers The Fannaichs and Ullapool Hills are within easy reach with over a dozen Munros to be found in the local area. The Walkers Car Park at Inverlael Farm is only a 5 minute drive away and provides an excellent starting point for Beinn Dearg and the surrounding hills. Starting points for the popular Munros of An Teallach and Ben Wyvis are around a 30 minute drive from the cottage.

Ullapool is also a popular stop for anyone exploring the North Coast 500, a long distance road route around the North of Scotland with breathtaking scenery and stunning seascapes.
